Guidelines for District Spring Flings, Conventions and Rose Shows Revised March 2025
The guidelines are designed to help the Host Society and participants stage a well-planned, successful Deep South District Spring Fling event or a Deep South District Convention and Rose Show with a minimum of errors and/or misunderstandings. Consistency is our main objective in establishing these guidelines. They represent a step toward improving and maintaining the high standards of the Deep South District without any unexpected burden or hardship on any member or Affiliated Society in the District. Our goal is to enjoy being together at our District events and have fun.
