Guidelines for District Meetings and Rose Shows Revised January 2023
The guidelines are designed solely to help the Host Society and participants stage a well-planned, successful convention and rose show with a minimum of errors and/or misunderstandings. Consistency is our main objective in establishing these guidelines. They represent a step toward improving and maintaining the high standards of the Deep South District without any unexpected burden or hardship on any member or Affiliated Society in the District. Our goal is to enjoy being together at our District meeting and have fun.
