DSD Bylaws Approved

The ARS’newly elected National Board of Directors met in Houston, Texas, January 12, 2007 to plan the next three years of the ARS.   The first item on the agenda was to consider for approval the By-Laws of the Deep South District. After discussion and a few minor changes, the By-Laws were accepted as presented.  (Kudos to Forrest Hale and his hard-working committee.)
